The overall appearance of the place looked really dark, and drink menus took over 4 menu screens while lunch had 1. Also the staff were unprofessional and were meeting their boyfriends and goofing around. The food was okay.

Avoid this Coffee Shop - Rude Owner, Ruined Experience: My family and I recently visited this coffee shop, hoping for a relaxing treat. Unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. The owner exhibited shockingly unprofessional behavior. Here's what happened: The owner spoke disrespectfully to our entire family. He singled out my wife for a particularly rude comment. When an issue arose, he used the phrase "I can treat people however I want," displaying a complete disregard for customer service. An employee even confided in us that the owner is a terrible boss. While it's never okay to treat customers poorly, it's concerning to hear the owner might be struggling. Regardless of the reason, this behavior is unacceptable. We left feeling belittled and unwelcome. The food tasted poorly and was expensive. If you're looking for a pleasant coffee shop experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Weve been eating lunch here everyday of our ski trip four years straight. The food is incredible, coffee is top notch, and the adult beverages are $4. Cant beat this place.
