Austria Haus - Destination by Hyatt

There are several beautiful places to stay in Vail Village, but the exceptional staff and service are what set Austria Haus apart from the rest. We stayed 5 nights at this luxuriously charming property and enjoyed every minute! Paul, Veronica and the rest of the crew went above & beyond to provide a positive experience from arrival to departure. The bellmen were so helpful and ski valet was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect start each morning with a different main dish daily and tons of options to eat healthy - or indulge! The location directly along the river was fantastic with a stunning view of the slopes and walkable to everything! Countless restaurants and shops to explore just steps out of the door. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub daily. Great environment for couples or families. The rooms were well-equipped, quiet and so comfortable that it was tough to leave. Cant say enough great things about this place - we hope to return soon!

Amazing hotel-highly recommend! The manage-Paul, could not have been nicer to us and especially our kids. Breakfast is great, loved the pool & all the staff is super friendly. Perfect location too!
