WARNING ! STAY AWAY! They misdiagnosed my dog, they claimed they took blood work but didn't and accused me for the mishap. They brought me my dog so I thought in the carrier I own, come to find out when I got in my car they was a faint meow. This place is terrifying. I should have clicked newest reviews instead of the "relevant" reviews

I generally feel vets are extremely expensive and they are but animals are our babies. Eastlake understands that and does there best. They are pushy and say you should such and such, they give options, are honest about what each options means and helps when they can. I have had vets do stuff without even communicating to me until after the gave a shot, took blood, squeezed something, whatever and charged me out the wazoo!! Not Eastlake they tell you exactly how much they are taking out your wazoo first! If you cant afford it, they dont and they try to help with a cheaper alternative. I also feel like they take their time with animals and us so I dont really mind if there is a wait.

Definitely don't recommend this clinic. Arrogant and negligent.
