        Your services are expensive, but guaranteed. I've been falsely harassed by the IRS, and HR Block got me out of it for free. I walked in and got seated immediately. Amanda has been doing my taxes every year for the last 7 years, and she was available then. Her specialty is retirement taxation, and I just turned 65. She freely gave me (life changing) investment tax info. She really deserves a really Really REALLY big raise.

        It is the first time I have done Taxes for my company, I have only been with it for 4 months. I went to H&R because I thought it was the place to help me do them for the first time. I asked for someone to assist me in Spanish because I didn't want to get lost. information in the translation but to my surprise Mara, who was the one who helped me, apart from being too rude, seemed to be bothered by me asking her questions, and still had the great idea of telling me that I better go to "somewhere in Latin." Racist and rude, thank you H&R for the information they did not want to give me and for the help I did not receive, they definitely make it very difficult to do things right.

        Worst experience ever! I will never use H&R block for my tax preparation services again. I filled in office on Saturday morning. I accepted the tax return advance that was offered by the tax professional and was supposed to hear back about the funds. I was supposed to get a text message or email with a approval or denial within 24 hours. It's Tuesday and still nothing.
