    The worst experience I've ever had...seen Dr. Leo twice with the same results..Dr. Leo was an hour late for my procedure for he believed getting his teeth cleaned was more important then myself as a patient! Then he through his staff under the bus saying it was their fault! The staff was the only good thing about my experience for I believe they really cared about me and my health. Good Luck using Dr. Leo.

    I had cervical surgery last week and I just had to write a review because of the wonderful care I received. From the moment I arrived (early am) to my departure the next day the staff treated me with utmost care, kindness, empathy and professionalism. I would love to single out a few nurses but I am afraid I would forget a name or leave someone out that deserved mentioning. So, let me just say that every single person I interacted with was beyond measure, a wonderful person and a great caregiver. I cannot thank the staff enough for taking care of me (and my wife who was with me)! The facilities were amazing as well. Again, thank you all!!

    No pain management. They left my I.V. in. Had to remove it myself. They refused to give me an itemized bill. Then they changed me more and wont tell me why.

    My doctor used this facility for my surgery, and I was well taken care of. The nurses and also, the anesthesiologist were awesome to me. My reason for 2 stars, before my surgery, my doctor's office had given me a breakdown of the amount for everything. At this moment, I am looking at a bill the facility is charging me for "miscellaneous surgical supplies." You would think that it was communicated with my doctor's office if there will be additional charges. Edit: I called the billing department, and I spoke to a lady named "Christina." I asked her why I was billed for "miscellaneous surgical supply." I was told that the charge is because they didn't know the provider needed to use additional supply for the surgery. Again, you would think that was communicated with the provider if there will be additional charges beforehand. She interrupted me and said "I just told you why." I said ok, I'll pay the bill and write a review to watch out for additional charges on your bill. She then hung up on me. After being hung up on by "Christina," I paid the outstanding bill. Today (1/9/2024) I received the same bill that I had already paid. Make it make sense...

    Dr. Leo used nothing for sedation but Versed (anxiety med) and a local anesthetic at injection site for spinal epidurals, and it's down right modern day torture. He had an X ray machine and contrast guiding him and didn't need my body thrown into instant excruciating pain, which then brought on sobbing and an emotional breakdown. I needed pain meds with the anxiety med. I was not informed prior to the procedure as to the LACK of sedation I would be receiving on this sedation included procedure. Their idea of sedation is a joke. Julie, the nurse, tells me to stay propped up as she is slacking getting my oxygen tubing placed, but Diana says no, lady down, and so on. OR staff (Julie ) was rude and not compassionate to my needs and didn't work well with Diana. No beverage or anything was offered to me in recovery. My allergies to adhesive and flex tape are documented all over my records, but I still left with 2 band aids over injection sites and flex tape on my IV wound. Total joke. This was the second to my worst experience ever at a surgical center. I would not recommend this center for epidurals.
