They are incredible! I worked primarily with Erik and Chandler at Lockstep as I tried to secure financing for my new home. From our first meeting I felt like I had a team on my side. They were transparent about every aspect of the financing ..more than that I felt like I got a crash course on mortgages, interest rates, and banking. These guys know what they are doing! They spent so much time explaining what I needed to know, and also explaining what they were doing, and how the process would unfold. The communication was incredible, and lightning fast. I can't even count the number of meetings, phone calls, and texts I exchanged with Lockstep, I must have been their most needy client ever. No hint of that from them; they seemed like they lived for, and even enjoyed, holding my hand through this process. In the end they got me a better financing deal than I ever dreamed. They both attended my closing, and they both followed up with me after the close to check in. I now count them as good friends. You will not go wrong trusting Lockstep!

I recently took a reserve mortgage CE class, taught my Chandler. The class was so informative and cleared up so many of my misconceptions revolving around reserve mortgages. Chandler was so knowledgeable, upbeat, and fun! I'm excited to take another one of his classes in the future!
