        Seems like every time I order here the service has slipped again. Wrong side items or sandwiches that are not made to order. If you leave a tip before the order arrives they don't even bother to ring the bell. Just have to check and see if they left it on the porch and walked away with their tip. Disappointed to say the least.

        Kenny at jimmy johns was awesome!! He went back and got our chips for us that had accidentally been forgotten, so he offered to go back to the store and get them. Overall, he was just an amazing worker and well deserved tip!
