Got an allergy test here which went ok. Giving one star for charging for medical records release. Legal, yes. Scummy, absolutely.

I met with Dylan, a P.A, on a virtual appointment. I was diagnosed with Covid while I was in-between health insurance and PCP's. I called this clinic asking how soon they can see me as a new self-pay patient. They were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment for the same day. The cost was more than reasonable. Dylan, the P. A, was thorough, taking the time to understand my medical history and current medical needs as a new patient having to see him virtually due to my Covid diagnoses. He was able to address all my questions and concerns and send me an RX to the pharmacy. I felt a lot calmer and felt like the treatment plan we discussed was very assuring and comforting. This clinic followed up with me after my appointment. I greatly appreciate the urgency, kindness, and compassion I felt from everyone I contacted at this clinic. If I could give them a 10-star review, I would!

I am an adult who has been coming here for my primary care for about 5 or 6 years. I have allergies and immune problems and I get no assistance whatsoever from the clinic. Almost every single time I call I am put on hold for extended periods of time, and this has been happening before Covid. The provider I first saw was incredible but is no longer with them. I have been seeing Emily Majure and she is the worst provider Ive ever heard about. She withholds test results from me and it always seems like she is in a bad mood. She is not a good listener And always cut me off when I am speaking. She will not believe what I tell her in terms of My lifestyle, what I am eating, exercising, etc. I always feel like I am fighting hard to try to get the care and medications I need. I finally gave up and left their practice. Emily refused to give me medications that I take on a regular basis unless I come in and see her face-to-face every three months. I only have enough medication for the three months so I am forced to go back. She wont let me get the labs done prior to our appointment so that we can discuss them. She has refused to discuss multiple issues at an appointment because she says I need to make another appointment for separate issues. Unfortunately, she is the worst provider Ive ever seen. The medical assistants have also been awful. Emily never calls me about my test results and her medical assistants call that cant even pronounce the words or read the results incorrectly.

I went to go get my allergy treatment started and they first took about two weeks to let me know what my insurance was going to cover even thought they told me it should only take about a week. Once I called and called to get my insurance information after my 3rd attempt trying with them I was finally able to speak with someone who could give me the information I needed. After that they told me they would have to order the proper allergy treatment for me and they would call me to let me know when I would start the treatment. Its now been about a month and they have yet to call me. This clinic does not care about their patients health and have a terrible communication system. Theyre extremely unprofessional and if I were you reading this review, do yourself a favor and do not go here.
