I go there every week and all the ladies in that office are amazing. From the front desk all the way to the doctor. I am so appreciative of them and they really have and do take great care of me each and every visit. Its been a privilege to be under your care!

One of only a couple bright spots going through my issues from a severe burn wound leading to an infection and toe amputation was how amazing the nurses cared for me at North Suburban Wound Care. Their bedside manner and care are awesome and impactful. All of the nurses made me feel comfortable as I was healing. They walked me through my healing plan and showed happiness as I was healing each week. I'm happy I won't see them anymore while at the same time sad because I became friends with them. I highly recommend healing here!!

Doctor and staff are awesome. Diana is a well balanced machine, always on top of the office, scheduling and has a great personality. A true asset to the clinic.

Its sad, the attitude of the nurses including the manager is horrendous. The doctors Dr Andrew and other doctors have been very professional and have treated me well. I really dont understand it and I dont know why these nurses choose be unprofessional. Ive stayed here because of the doctor . The manager wont give you product for your wound I think it comes out of her paycheck . She gave me expired product to put on my leg and mentioned its not expired but she has to write expired on the bottle . Does that make sense ? Unfortunately, in my head it makes absolutely no sense . They would get upset because medical honey burned when they would apply it . Why are they upset when Im the one it was impacting . The nurse ( manager ) along with the other nurses would roll their eyes . I asked them to please help and asked if there was a different solution but would continue with the same products. I really feel like the new product Dr Andrew provided is working it stings a little but once I clean it off Im ok so Im totally good with it. Last but not least I do apologize to Dr Andrew & Dr Armstrong. These 2 doctors are amazing they have nothing to do with this.

Dr Bogin, and the whole staff at the wound care clinic are amazing!! They are so professional, and super nice. I feel like they genuinely care about their patients, and that's something you don't see very often in the medical field!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!
