        Theyll charge you a rate for 2 people to come clean, only to send 1 person for the same time frame. First cleaning will be better than future ones to get you on board with their services. I accidentally didnt cancel a cleaning that they scheduled for me with 1 day notice (was on approx 4-6 week plan). Received a call when the cleaner was at my place because nobody was there to let them in. The customer service representative said that I was their only scheduled cleaning today, so not a big deal for no-show however they would be charging $50 as a fee to drive to my place. I immediately asked to cancel my services, as $50 to drive across town is a bit steep in my opinion. The customer service representative got argumentative over several texts & increased the charge to the full cleaning. Do yourself a favor & find a better cleaning service.

      Hi Adam, Please allow me to clarify this. We can cancel or reschedule any appointment free of charge if it is done 24 hours prior. Even to facilitate that we send a text a day before to remind our clients that they have a cleaning appointment tomorrow along with time of arrival for their team. You also received the same a day before the cleaning. However, when the team reached your house on the cleaning day and our office called you that they were waiting at your door and nobody responding to the doorbell - you said, you are not at home and asked us to cancel your cleaning. As per our policy, we could have charge 100% of the cleaning fees as we have guaranteed your appointment by your card and did not take any other booking at that time slot. However, you being our regular client we only charged $50 to compensate the ladies for their time going out to your house and having no work for that time. The customer service rep explained the same thing and you found it argumentative. We have been serving North Denver area since 19 years now and gracefully serving hundreds of customers who are with us since over last 10 years. I am sad to see you leaving and your clear misjudgment on us, but I cannot ask my team to come to work for free or to serve a person who does not have mutual respect for us. Hope you find a company that works best for you. Have a blessed day.
