My son has extreme ADHD and we where looking for an energy release for our child weekly. The instructors there have been very patient and do their best to keep his attention and my son loves this place

It's a smaller facility, my daughter did a mixed class with both younger and older kids definitely would recommend finding age appropriate class seems like it would have been more fun if not catering to multiple ages and skill levels all in one class

Jeremiah was awesome at the kids birthday party I attended. He had the kids full attention the whole time. They played so many games and he was adding rules all the time which helped keep the games fresh and the kids engaged. Fun place. I am sure we will be back.

My kids have been doing parkour here for over 5 years and love the place, even the adults can get in on the action here too! They enjoy learning all the new skills and have even joined the parkour team. All of the coaches have been awesome that they have had at the different levels, each one just really great with kids and and working with their abilities. Jason, Jeremiah, Eric, Will, Lorin plus some new additions to the group, cant go wrong with any of them.
