Amazing Basement Creations

This is a review on the company, Amazing Basement Creations, owned by Zack Hawkins. First a bit of history with our relationship with Amazing Basement and Zack. We, my wife and I have been doing business with Zack and his company for just about 10 years now. He has remodeled just about every room in our home, starting with finishing off my garage, to remodeling our bathrooms, 100% finishing our basement, and lastly, just recently, remodeling of our kitchen. It goes without saying that if we were not satisfied with the design, construction, and quality of work, or did not trust what we were told, we would not have gone back to Amazing Basement for additional projects. During the design process, Zack always listened to our input of wants, desires and wishes. When we were unsure of what we wanted he gave us ideas and choices and explained how those would impact our budget. We always knew what the cost were going to be up front and were never surprised with additional cost at the end of the project.
During the construction / build portion of the projects Zack scheduled his sub-contractors around our schedule the best way possible. If there was an issue with a Sub then it was dealt with immediately. If there was a problem with the work that a sub-contractor did, that work was corrected at no extra cost to me. And if I was unhappy with a particular Sub-contractor, Zack would replace him and find another. Safe to say, there were very, very, FEW issues that need this type of attention. If there was going to be a delay in getting a sub to the job site then we were inform of that and given an explanation as to why with a new arrival time. Communication with Zack (Amazing Basement Creations) was always prompt. We communicate via phone, E-mail and Text, also in person. There was no lack of communication. I was a very hands on and somewhat over bearing client. Never did my wife or I ever experience any rudeness, impoliteness, or resentment to our suggestions, complaints or ideas. Knowing that any project in ones home can be interruptive and cause some turmoil, all this was kept to a minimum during all of the projects that were accomplished by Amazing Basement over the years. I highly recommend Zack and his Company.
Once the projects were completed Zack followed up with any and all issues I or my wife found during the walk thru. There was never any large or serious issue with quality of work at completion. Any quality issues were addressed during the construction process. Our Basement project is now 10 years old and still looks as if it was completed last month. I have never had a warranty issue after the project was completed and finalized.
As with all major projects there will be bumps in the process, Amazing Basement Creations handled and addressed those issues in a professional and courteous manner to the satisfaction of both my wife and I (the client) and Zack (Amazing Basement) the General Contractor. Again I would and will recommend them to anyone who is in wanting a remodel project accomplished.

Amazing work the basement is lovely. The work is astounding. If there were any problems they would stop to fix it instantly. Amazing company.
