Service scheduled same day. Connor T was our technician. He was knowledgeable, great sense of humor, gave us a choice on what to fix ( new opener versus palliative care for our current aging opener). We chose palliative fixes and it was very reasonable. Would definitely use Preferred Garage Doors again.

Connor T. came yesterday and found that my garage door had numerous problems: a broken spring, completely worn out bearings that were damaging other parts of the door and worn wheels that made the door noisy. He did a wonderful job of repair and of keeping me informed about what he found and the best way to proceed. I am very happy with the work done.

I texted Will at 6:30 am and technician Conner was at our door by 8:30. He did a great job tuning up our door and opener. Also explained what to expect in the future. Preferred doors also takes care of our warehouse doors. They are reliable, efficient and reasonably priced.
