        Overpaid for ill-built particle board. Bed frame doesn't fit the box springs so we had to drill out and remanufacture the thing. Similar problems in the drawers. Return policy, as they explained at purchase, is near non-existent. Go elsewhere or buy online. I 100% regret my $1500 purchase.

        Very poor customer service... who ever was ringing up customers should be fired .. was very disrespectful to my wife to the point she wanted to void the sale ... asked what return policy was told her all sales final ... she asked to have purchase ready for pick up .. they told her no ... Do not buy from this company.. Also FYI if you refuse pick up they will refund your money
