Today I had the best dental experience, of my life! I have severe dental anxiety and i also have pretty severe gum issues. At the beginning of my appointment, I felt like i was going to throw up. But, Dr. Gamache and his assistant Abraham conversed with me about other things and completely took my mind of my anxiety. I had quite a bit of work to be done, and it was difficult, but because of them I still left smiling and anxiety free! 10/10 highly recommend!

If I could gave this place zero star I would do it! I had my appoinment to have my extractions done and they cancelled Last minute!!!! Because the doctor didn't feel capable to perform my extractions. If you don't want to Waste your time do not come here.

AWFUL! 1. Upon entering the premises, the excessively loud music is jarring. I felt like I was going to the gym or a concert. Conversations require raised voices due to the noise level. 2. The lobby was dirty and dusty. There was an accumulation of dust on the black baseboards throughout the office. The lack of attention to cleanliness. 3. I am deeply disappointed in the operational standards of this office. Encouraging children to maintain a good dental hygiene is always a challenge. This business focus on catering to children with the fun and vibrant interior, along with the arcade games and a movie theater in the lobby. 4. I would have expect a dentist's office to provide basic amenities like a free toothbrushes, travel-sized toothpaste, floss or a small toy to encourage children that oral hygiene is important. My kids look forward to these kind of reward - heck even the pediatrician give the children a "sticker" of a Disney character. 3. After our visit, my child advise me about the behavior of the X-ray technician, describing her as "mean." It's troubling to hear that the technician appeared frustrated when my child struggled to "bite dwn" with the size of the probe, which was too large and caused discomfort. There has to be a better, more child-friendly method for obtaining X-rays. This experience was terrible and leaves much to be desired in terms of both professionalism and compassion. 4. Staff are not personable. They rush ppl out. I agree with all the low ratings. Do Better.
