Hilltop Dental Care

The doctor was very nice and informative. The dental cleaning assistant could learn to have a nicer bed side manner so to speak. She was very argumentative about my health concern and only concerned about not getting sued down the road. Adding to this a few years later. Very poor customer service. Never returns calls and answering service is very difficult to understand. Got my appointment wrong, blamed it in the texting service and couldn't get back in for another month so I have gone to a different dentist with excellent service.

We have been going to HillTop Dental for years, not anymore. All new staff who are friendly but my cleaning was a joke, who flosses first then polish without ever actually cleaning your teeth. The dentist did come in and did some cleaning but not to my expectation of a good cleaning comparable to past cleanings. Then, to top it off, she tried to charge me $26 and when I asked her what it was for. She says, " I don't know. "....what? I will be looking for a new dentist. This place is a joke now....really miss the old staff.

I am changing dentists not because of the dentists, but the overall disorganization. I left a message a week ago to reschedule. I didn't get any calls or emails back. Their voice message is not updated with the current dentist's name, still mentions the dentist that left over a year ago. Twice the front office staff was supposed to submit a proposal to insurance and it never happened. This office is a mess and was even before becoming part of a larger dental network.

I would not recommend wasting your time with this Dentist. They have canceled every appointment I have been at the office. I have had tooth pain since the initial appointment in December and now we are approaching March and I am still in pain daily and they canceled the appointment again. My time is just as valuable as theirs and I feel that they dont care about their patients or if they are in pain.
