Sept 6th I had a follow up appointment to decide which protocol was next. I will be having a blood test soon to determine if or what may be necessary for me. Regular adjustments are a must as you get older, Thanks for a great staff and caring doctors.

Today Dr Ray and staff are treating patients with healthy snacks and great smiles. My regular adjustment went well and the pain in my left hip is not near as bad as it was! I tried the vinegar and cayenne pepper and honey for my bursitis. Its working with adjustments and basically following the regimen recommended for me. Being consistent is the key.
X-rays are at the end of month and I am confident that it will be good. If you want to feel better, see Dr Ray. Staff is excellent
Well its 2 days after Christmas and had a much needed adjustment. Didnt follow my UV protocol as well as I should have as too many treats around. My plan is to get back to what Im supposed to be doing. Amazing how good u feel then u eat a bunch of foods that arent healthy and tired all the time.? Resolve to get back to my routine including exercise.

Well its now spring time in the Rockies and things are turning green. Now is the time to get ready for an exciting summer. Get your adjustments start eating right, exercise and your health will start blooming too.
This winter was a hard one as I got a superbug and I totally believe that if I hadnt gotten chiropractic care I wouldnt have been able to get rid of it . Im working my way back to feeling like my old self thanks to Dr Ray and his great staff!

I have received excellent care from Dr. Ray for many years, to correct the damage to my neck and back from many years of computer work that I would not have believed possible, to clear sinus congestion that has plagued me for decades, to cause insufficient ear tubes to drain resulting in improved hearing that was shocking. I attend consistently to maintain this which would be expected. He is very experienced, caring, and careful in pursuit of your well being. Give it a go!
