Employee Was Racist & Unprofessional! She Told A Man Of A Color That She Would Not Cut His Hair Because His Hair Type Would Dull Her Scissors. Then Called 911 Because A Person Of Color Walked In And Asked A Question About It. I Really Hope Supercuts Will Take Action On This Woman Immediately. Employee Had Dark Brown Hair & Glasses Possibly In Her Late 40s. Awful!

Racist. The woman who works here told a young man her scissors will become dull and when questioned on why she immediately threatened to call 911. She needs to be fired and staff needs to be educated on cutting EVERY HAIR TYPE!

Witnessed your staff decline a man because of his race, rather that just say she isnt experienced in textured hair. Need competent staff who are not racist and can manage all types of hair. Me and my daughters with curly hair are no longer comfortable at this location. Service: Haircut
