The Ridge at Thornton Station

probably the worst apt complex i've lived in. things started out fine, but it wasn't long before they were warning people not to smoke anywhere on the property, even your own balcony. we thought: that's ok, nothing too strange. then, they started charging us to park in the lot outside our building which made us pretty angry not gonna lie. shortly after, when we decided we need to renew our lease (can't afford to move), they told us rent is going up $500+ a month and there was no way for us to discuss this massive increase. then, my wife and i got an email saying people in our area were destroying the trash area (not throwing things in the dumpster, glass everywhere, etc.) and rather than trying to find the people responsible, they started charging us $35 extra on our rent unless someone came forward about it (seems illegal??) and of course, no one comes forward. the staff is somewhat friendly, but always look like they hate their jobs (very understandable). just avoid this place, it's run by corporate jerks who won't give you the time of day, rent is ridiculous, the employees hover over you and you always feel like you're being watched. you're better off looking someplace else

Maintenance man Connor promptly came and fixed the washer (it was stuck on "sensing fill"). So glad to have the washer back!

This apartment community is AMAZING. In all of my 7 years of renting, this is my favorite spot by far. I am amazed by the kindness of the staff. Chris, the property manager, Emmett and Jazleen are the office team. I have never met people so eager to help you when in need. Any random hiccup you have, they seem to solve immediately. Even down to helping me jump my car multiple times, theyve been there. The maintenance guys, Davis and Connor are also the best. Efficient and actually care about the wellbeing of you and your place. If youre looking for an apartment with the most square feet in the area and still at a good price, this is it. If youre a renter like me, you understand who works at the property MATTERS. You will not regret living here. Amazing pool and hot tub, right next to the light rail if you need to commute to work, and a quiet neighborhood. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Conner was the most respectful maintenance tech Ive came across, he legit came and took care of all my needs and issues w no attitude!!! I definitely recommend asked for Connor hell go above and beyond to make sure your unit is well takin care of!!!!
