They are bothered that you have a stroller on the porch but I have called several times to report the strong aroma of Marijuana coming from the apartment below "supposedly they have a no smoking policy" and they have not done anything. 2/2023 another day my apartment stinking of Marijuana calls and they give me a number to report that it doesn't even give a line what a way to send me to hell 1/2024 Same problem my neighbor smoke inside apartment and he have somebody living with he that smoke marijuana. 4/2024

Badly managed complex, staff ignores complaints from tenants and uses lame excuses of "we posted notices" when it comes to smells of cigarettes weed and whatever drugs (meth?) are wafting through the vents. Had a neighbor in another unit complaining about bugs. Avoid it like the plague it is.

Daisy and office staff are extremely kind and helpful. Daisy helped me out with the application process and was extremely patient snd understanding , she also made sure every aspect was taken care of in regards to the apartment and receiving my keys on time. Nice neighborhood and kind people.

Aztec maintenance did replace my refrigerator. It's working great. Now, if they would do something about my neighbor and her friends who like to park their unregistered vehicles in our parking, that would be great. They are not good people. I wouldn't mind if they were. They are loud and obnoxious. She cusses at her kids all the time. Poor kids So Aztec replied, as you can see. Let's see if they actually do something. So stay tuned. I'll let you know if they actually do anything about the security. I hardly doubt it, but we'll see. I don't recommend moving here. No security. They make you register your vehicle for no reason. People park in the parking lot even without a sticker. So you can't find a parking spot. When you call the office to see if they would do something, THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING. I've been living here for almost 8 years. It has gotten bad. The office doesn't do anything. That's not the only thing. They were supposed to fix my fridge back in October still not fixed. All they say is ok. Again, nothing happens. The girl next to me is loud and tells her kids. They don't do anything about her. It's so sad how bad it's gotten here. I actually used to like it here. Not anymore need to find somewhere where I could feel safe knowing there is security.

We've been having issues with the old Manager and our paperwork being done, also having issues with old Assistant Manager and work orders not getting put into the system. When they did get put in, Maintenance has been great! But since the new Manager Jamie has started, I have been able to get items completed that needed completing! Thank you for getting us someone who can get the job done, and do it with a smile. I now feel 100% confident that our future here will be much much better! Thank you Jamie for being our saving grace. We will no longer look to move out at the end of our lease. I will gladly renew!!!
