Kimiko is the absolute best! She was able to answer all of my questions and make me feel so calm during this nerve racking experience. We were looking all over Thornton for apartments in our price range and we cannot wait to call this place our new home. From now on we are only living at RPM managed properties!

Maintance horrible! Been trying to get them to change my washer due to damaging clothes we have been showing them proof and still want to keep going over procedures that i cant risk on good clothes they also never clean exteriors of building last year renting here!!!

Two years of literally hell. Company ownership changed hands three times, and each caused it own set of 'not what I signed up for with my lease' living conditions. In regards to neighborhoods, you are going to deal with everything from domestic violence, animal abuse, lease violations to a severe degree, and all sorts of police and homeless activity. You will probably never go an entire month without hearing or reading one of these things happening around you or posted online. You will also probably get a few missed packages because delivery agencies might be using a map that doesnt contains all the building with their letter, so even when you provide your information, they will go to the wrong apartment. Hopefully, that person is decent enough not to steal your stuff, but honestly, 50/50. You will also be paying for a parking permit but only up to two drivers. Even though there is plenty of parking. It'll be with no benefit to your vehicle. It probably will get broken into. When we moved in, our truck did not have a crowbar dent in the doors, but after one night, it was just there on both sides. Somehow, it is perfectly acceptable to leave your trash(or multiple bags) out in front of your door when the dumpster is just as far as you park away every morning, but no leave it there for the animals to rip the bag open and spread trash all over the complex that you then make maintenance clean up. There is an entire cat population that has kittens every year, and numerous residents have left their cats behind when they've moved out. There is a cat 'hotel' left behind one of the dumperts in the town house area that the complex has left out for weeks acknowledging their lack of diligence to prevent residents from abandoning their cats...to also have other residents put pile of food out on their patios to also promote the becoming feral cat population in the neighborhood.
