        This place sucks. My apartment was not move in ready, stains on the carpet the next day of move in. No preventative maintenance done in a year. And you wanted me to sign a new l ease for 1700 a month. No thanks! This place was built in 72, and have not been maintained since. Parking management was the best till you quit doing that now everybody parks here. Bye!

        With the new administration, positive changes are noticeable. Excellent service, cleaning and resolution of technical problems and more. Grateful and comfortable.

        Do not move here its overpriced for what you get! My fridge has been leaking since I moved in same with my bathroom sink and when they came to fix it was still not fixed and just today they sprung on the entire complex that they would be coming into our apartments for 10 minutes without permission or warning. The water is constantly being shut off it happens at least twice a month. They boot and tow cars every night even is you have a guest in guest parking. If I could give this place zero stars I would all I can say is I cant wait for my lease to be over save your self the trouble
