Over many years Hilary and I have used Ray to purchase property on 3 occasions. Obviously, we were more than satisfied with his performance - we were thankful for his expertise and attention to legal nuances of our transactions. In one instance, he discovered that we would not have clear title to our new property from mistakes made by the title company and sellers agent. His diligent attention to detail saved us money and grief. Even though Ray had no previous experience in selling businesses, we coaxed him into being our listing agent to sell our business of 32 years. He quickly became an expert in business evaluation which greatly contributed to our success. This is our 37th year in Telluride and we know dozens of very good brokers. Wish there were 10 stars available! Rachel and Ray are totally dedicated to service, the entire way. Sold my house in one day for almost 7 figures more than asking, and even packed it up for me when I could not get there in time for the quick closing. The differentiator is their honesty. You can trust what they say, and they will never overpromise. Grateful to them both.
