Working with Eric was perfect. We had a lot go on suring the sale of our house (hail storm). We had moved across the country before the sale, Eric went above and beyond to keep a close watch over our house. After the sale, Eric stayed in tune the whole time helping us complete the our insurance claims and follow up with completed work. He spent an extra 5 months AFTER the closing, helping us. It just goes to show how much he cares for his customers. Very knowledgeable about the current market and what was right. He got us top dollar, just like he promised from day one. THANKS ERIC!
