Colorado Natural Gas

It seems my December bill has doubled from last month which doubled Which also doubled in November so they hit everybody 4 times what a scam. Tried to talk to them, they hung up on me how nice. And they change the billing date so you have to pay it sooner.

I have been a happy customer through the past 2 (almost 3) years I moved into their area. Today I had a man at my door, holding a wrench telling me I had 30 minutes to pay my bill or my gas would be shut off. I have not been late on a single payment and this one was a complete accident. I did not get a call. I did not receive any mail. I did not receive an email. $132.62 and I was going to be shut off. This one really takes the cake. Very pathetic.

Trying to disconnect a customer with no warning over 132 dollars. No calls, no formal paper, as well as our home being shown for sale, if I had not been home they were going to shut us off without communication. Your tech claimed he called "Earlier" which your website also states the tech will call "24 hours in advance" why make policies if you won't even follow them yourselves... this could have cost us the sale on our home from your company negligence. I will be reporting this to the Colorado PUC, this will not continue. I have also watched this happen to folks moving in a few doors down from me. No warning, this guy just shows up with a wrench and holds you for ransom without warning. Don't know who is dropping the ball there but you are treating customers terribly. This is not the last you will be hearing on this matter.

I want to acknowledge. Clarince I had a terrible attitude and he was kind and polite and assisted me as for tina who does not and the phone or return calls when u could lose your gas that is shameful and you should look into that

GLAD I SWITCHED TO ELECTRIC!!! MUCH CHEAPER NOW! RUDE MONEY HUNGRY GAS CO!
