        There website wasn't clear that they are closed on Saturdays during the winter months. So we weren't going to be able to get a part we ordered and desperately needed. But as we were pulling out a Redlund sales rep pulled up. Got us our part and we were on our way. Had he not pulled up a Redlund employee was going to come down on his day off to get us our part. Great service!
