The experience of buying my house was a bit turbulent but Renee got it done. Also, I contacted her out of desperation concerning an emergent water shut off valve issue a year after closing. A whole year. She responded immediately and helped me solve my problem. Area Wide is not a "one and done" kind of business, they offer assistance and knowledge even after they don't technically have to. Thank you Renee!
