We took our 4 grandchildren here and a great time was had by all, but several of us became extremely ill days later after our visit. They need to do more sanitizing throughout the day. Never saw that happen. I was disturbed when a woman exited the bathroom without washing her hands. You could clearly hear she was ill on the toilet and it was so gross. I will never forget her face.

Despite a ton of construction and only one pool being open they have jacked the prices astronomically. Double from the last time we were here a few months ago. A complete and utter ripoff.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Nate! Admission at OTHS has not doubled this year. It is true that the lap pool is currently under construction, but the hot pool, heart spring, spa 1, spa 3 and slide pool are all open for enjoyment!

We had an hour, and our grandson wanted to go to the springs so we took him. We were incredibly disappointed that we had to pay for all three of us to go in, although my husband and I were not getting in the water... pricey! We hadn't planned for this and had no swim clothes. Initially the lady said shed just charge us for a youth pass but then a young man intervened and said no.
Consequently, we will not come back. How is it that you can't have an allowance for spectators??

Nice facility but definitely dont show up 10 minutes before they close the pools for weather at 6pm (I know, how could you know? You cant) because they will happily take your $30 fee and tell you policy doesnt let them offer a refund or the ability to use the pass another day. Might I recommend Manager Anthony take some customer service training? Hard for this local to ever want to revisit and wouldnt recommend during summer when storms can come through anytime and the staff will be at the mercy of policy to be wholly unaccommodating.
