        Great Managment company and office staff. We have rented a home, storage units and RV parking with CPM. Anna, Mel and Ben are great to work with.

        I'm guessing the majority of the high reviews are coming from landlords. As a tenant, they were awful. Our house was in terrible condition, they charged us for mold mitigation when the upstairs neighbor had a bathroom leak that impacted us (despite our prompt reporting) and they used false claims to retain our security deposit. Because we had moved out of state, taking them to small claims court wasn't an option. Literally, they were the worst property management company I've dealt with.

The majority of your security deposit was returned to you less housekeeping. Your husband was our Tenant for 9 years, hard to believe he would have stayed that long if we are awful.
