        We purchased a home and they promised a fill up, now no record of that and wont expedite a fill. Its been 3 weeks of constant calls and promised call backs with no follow through. Its 0 degrees at night and we are about to run out with no heat or hot water, pipes are going to freeze. Please FG, fix this now!

        Horrible customer service. After failing to meet their scheduled delivary 4 different days, Driver turned off our propane tank and chose to not put the tag on the door indicating it was off. You guys are super lucky our pipes didnt burst. Cant believe this place is even in business. Update. Tank still leaking as of 8/16. Customer service rep hung up on me trying to resolve issue. I hope our house doesnt explode, but no guarantees with this company.

        I was treated like royalty by the staff here. I needed to have my (removable) camper tank recertified and filled. The folks were very quick, knowledgeable, and affordable. They went out of their way to describe what they were doing and answered all of my incessant questions about the recertification process, as well as other tanks they had on the property. Thanks again!

        Very disappointed, ordered propane 3 weeks ago still no delivery. But the $ was taken out of my account 2 days later. Called to ask about it, customer service person had no idea why or when it would be

        This is my first fill up with Ferrellgas at a new home and I'm ready for it to be my last. Their service is terrible, they don't fill up your tank by the promised timeline (in fact they can't even give you a guaranteed timeline when you ask, it's just a maybe), and they are not apologetic for the delays - its clear your business is not important to them. I saw people in my neighborhood switching out their tanks this summer. Now I know why...
