I'm being generous on a 3-star rating, only because Steamboat is so fortunate to have two very dedicated and competent urologists. I do believe, however, it is time for the office staff to take a good lesson in customer service. After multiple attempts to get a simple question to one of the doctors, I was told; quote: "We are a business you know, and we cannot bill you for a return phone call". A sad way to end a doctor-patient relationship, although this attitude now seems pervasive in healthcare.

If you want to be feel gaslighted, condescended to, and insulted this is the office for you! As many have said, the office staff is terrible, including a couple of the nurses. The Dr is ok, but was not interested in determining the cause of my condition. If its not an emergency, go to Denver where they may want to actually help you.

I dropped my friend off for an appointment and when I picked them up they were feeling very down about how poorly the nursing staff and front had treated him.

Cant believe I was tricked into going here, and after a terrible experience I am here to also say AVOID. Front desk staff is the most incompetent pack of people Ive ever spoken too. Also, dont tell them that over the phone, they take offense. Please save yourself the hassle that all of us have gone through, and go to Denver. Doctor is fine, INCOMPETENT STAFF. Jesus F Christ theyve had the same complaints for 4 YEARS, please if you value your health, avoid.
