We've dealt with Fox for almost 3 years now. We built a custom home, have done other tune-up projects, and created new site plans for our ranch. The Fox construction crew have been one of the best I have worked with from the aspects of financial management and budgeting, project management (even through the pandemic), and communication. From my 20 years as an executive in multinational businesses and now running 6 businesses myself, Fox is obviously run very well and continues to improve their business as they grow. You could go with a different builder, but it would be hard to find a better one here.

Sarah Fox and the team at Fox Construction are a top shelf builder in Steamboat. They are flexible, whether renovating a kitchen, or building your trophy home, and everything in between. They built our house in Steamboat, and it was a challenging and technical build. The quality of their work was superb, the expertise they brought to the program helped us immeasurably as we worked through the project, and their financial transparency and project management acumen helped keep the program on budget. Wonderful family owned business in Steamboat. Tom and Sarah Fox couldn't be more passionate and caring about their clients and their work. I love the quality of the craftsman homes I've seen and their recent build of Holy Name Church is absolutely stunning!
