I have been seeing a chiropractor for years & I love my usual chiro. Last week I had a physical emergency that required immediate assistance. My regular chiro was out of town so he referred me to Sanford. Dr. Sanford picked up my call on the second ring & was able to get me in to see him within hours. He took the time to assess my situation, we discussed my injury & discomfort. Not only did he relieve the pain I was experiencing he gave me exercises to do so I could strengthen the area that was causing me discomfort. He made me feel very comfortable & I felt like he was really listening to me. I would definately recommend Dr. Sanford & I will be back!

Had a great experience with Dr. Stanford. He was able to explain a lot to me about what lead up to my injury and how I can prevent an injury in the future. Would highly recommend for any chiropractic need.

I had a rib lift while skiing. Dr. Sanford was able to quickly treat the rib and get me back on the mountain. In addition he gave me exercises and pointers to strengthen my back and prevent it from happening in the future.

Russ is a staple of our community. In addition to providing thorough, professional diagnostic chiropractic adjustment services, he also serves on Steamboat Fire Rescue.
He is a true benefit to our town and the thousands of year round visitors.
Personally, he provided the perfect compliment to my physical therapy with appropriate adjustments and a lesson in strengthening many overlooked, yet critical underlying muscles.
