        They up the rent $100 bucks every leasing cycle, charge you hidden fees through the app, there's an outrageous $105 water bill that you don't have in your own name. They also expect the tenants to salt the sidewalks. The apartments smell like sulfur. Is there anything I missed? Oh yeah, they charge you when you leave for things you didn't do. For instance my security deposit came back with a charge for a dump run that I was not responsible for leaving. I would never recommend this company to anyone I care about.

        My apartment complex was taken over by PP and our service has never been better! Lindsay Jewell is a real gem and I just adore everyone I've worked with from Property Pros! They keep the property well kempt, and respond with empathy and quick action for every issue.
