Ok. Well after i did a little "looking into" this matter i got down to the facts. Since you didn't call me back. My staff did yes incorrectly enter your tip. Was supposed to be 2$ he accidentally put 6$. After you called and expressed your concern, he did try to refund your money but he didn't have it completed in the system. He thought that it was taken care of. So he is very sorry. I also have decided to refund your entire receipt and the tip. Here at the Brickhouse we hire people with little or no experience, im sure that you can remember maybe your first job bussing tables or pumping gas. This was his first job, he made a small mistake and he tried to fix it and thought that he did. I apologize for your inconvenience but youre so rude, tip scam really.
