We spent almost $20,000 on a fence in front, fence in back, and a piece of astroturf. We had to chase him down to start/finish the job, and the fence (an expensive vinyl fence) was not installed properly. We have had to pay a second contractor to come out and fix his shoddy work. He changed the project after the funds had been given, and then was rude and unresponsive when we called him to say that the brand new fence had blown into our neighbors yard! Stay away from this guy!

Like any time you do business you should always have everything 100% writing if it's not written dowritten down make sure he adds it to your estimate. Also be sure of what your responsibilities are it was difficult to get on the schedule and then he came in did it super super quick. I had no warning at the time that I was on a schedule. Workers were very nice and my yard does look great.

I'm overall disappointed with the work that was done in my front yard by Jerry's Irrigation, and I'm sharing my experience in the hopes that others don't feel the same way. They came recommended to me by a colleague's husband, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. I had to contact them repeatedly in order to get anything moving, and when the job was completed, it was not to my satisfaction. The sprinklers finally work after they installed new lines, but the yard was a hot mess when they left (my husband had to pick pieces of metal and chunks of wood out of the dirt). They told me they needed to cut some of the roots of my willow tree and that there was a chance it could die. I told them to cut whatever they thought was absolutely necessary, but when it was done it looked like my tree had no roots left. Whenever I texted (yes, texting seemed to be the way they wanted to communicate) them asking for specifics about the job, they were vague about dates and times. I had to ask them to come back after the job was "complete" and put topsoil and grass seed so that it would at least look somewhat decent. I'm praying that the tree is just in shock and will bounce back, but I'm quite dissatisfied.
