I'm not sure what happened to this store or what led it to go downhill so fast but ever since one employee left I haven't even seen the other few employees that were nice here and enjoyable to talk to, you know who they are. But now the customer service sucks they have no inventory and if you want help forget about it.

I've paid on my items for months now. My payment is a week late and I call to pay and they already sold one of my items and wiped my computer clean with all my irreplaceable documents and irreplaceable photos. While it is my responsibility to keep track of my items to pay on time, it would be a human thing and customer service thing to do to provide a courtesy call when you're dropping someone's important items to be sold off.

Such an awesome pawn shop. The workers are so friendly & super helpful with everything. They are workable with all of your needs to make sure you get the best customer service you could ask for. I have been coming here for over a year for many different things & I absolutely will continue to do so. The Manager is wonderful & is always willing to help out when I needed it most. 5 star service 100%.
