I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent eye appointment with Dr. Katie Jo Sider. She was fantastic explaining everything to me regarding the changes in my eyes, and provided me with various options for treatment, her expertise and clear communication made me feel confident and reassured about my eye health. I also wanted to commend Michelle the receptionist for her outstanding customer service despite being busy, I took, she took the time to answer my questions, and was incredibly friendly throughout my visit her warmed demeanor and willingness to assess me made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Thank you, Tate! One of the screws holding my lens in place fell out and I took it in to the optical department. Tate couldn't have been nicer or more courteous when I showed him my problem. He told me he'd fix it while I was doing my other shopping. Turns out, it wasn't a simple fix and Tate had to do a pseudo-custom job trimming a longer screw to fit. He didn't charge me anything and was just pleased that I no longer was holding my glasses together with a twist-tie. It sure made my day! (btw - nice ink, Tate.)

Friendliest staff Ive dealt with. They made the experience nice and easy and I got in and out quickly. Highly recommend coming here. Just a wonderful set of humans!

Michelle's service was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and she always had a smile on her face. She was very knowledgeable about the products and services she was offering, and she was able to answer all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I felt truly taken care of by Michelle, and she went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.
