US Med was super communicative regarding my entire ordering process. This is my first time using DME, and I was dreading dealing with it. To my pleasant surprise, they phoned and got my correct demographic information, got pre-approval through the insurance, etc. When my insurance denied, they called me to clarify my insurance information (turns out they had the wrong state on file). They quickly corrected it and shipped out my DME promptly soon after. The SUPER FRIENDLY representative was understanding and explained the whole process to me in terms of the order, re-ordering, and asking if I needed any other supplies (which I assume they'd contact my doctor after the fact for an order). Super easy and happy to be using them!
