I cant say enough good things about Jared and the service he provided us. After getting our house sold for us, he reached out and asked what he could have done better. My family and I unexpectedly had to move across the country in 60 days. We had met with another relator prior to meeting Jared and felt very overwhelmed with all the work we would have to do to stage our home while also trying to pack, work full time, and care for our newborn son. We decided to reach out to Jared after seeing his ad and instantly knew working with him would be what we needed. Jared made us feel calm and collected in the midst of all the chaos we were in. He walked us through the staging process and told us we could make it our own, explaining how each room could be staged if we wanted to, and where to put our focus for staging. Jared guided us through the entire selling process, and with his help, we were able to close and move within our needed window, accepting an offer in just about 2 weeks! Jared took the time to explain every step of the process, made sure we were keeping to our closing timeline with helpful but not overwhelming reminders, and was such a down to earth guy to work with. He was always a phone call or text away, answered questions in a very timely manor, and even after we closed, has been available for any follow up questions we have had. We are so thankful for his dedication to us during the stressful time of selling and moving across the country in such a short amount of time. We honestly could not have done it so smoothly without him. I highly recommend working with him, you wont be disappointed!
