        We have an rental property in Denver. It's and old house and the water heater went bad. Chuck made it all good again with a new water heater installation. He even corrected some of the previously installed copper to/from the water heater that could be problematic. He had some good advise as I asked a lot of questions. Chuck was patient, professional and impressed me with his knowledge regarding products and what needed to be done immediately and what I should consider for the future. As I said, it's an old house, but I never got a high pressure sales pitch. In short, a great value with a better product, and all the knowledge and confidence gained. My go-to team from now on.
