I must admit that I was a little hesitant at first having been scammed in the past from a previous unrelated event. However, my experience with your firm to handle the transfer of ownership in this property was a pleasure and has reaffirmed my confidence in others. I think we all need to be careful in handling these matters and your firm did a great job in doing that.
