Salida Stove & Spa

We purchased a new hot tub and also had them do some work on our stove. We purchased our stove from a different retailer that we could not get ANY service from and Salida Stove absolutely filled those gaps. We could not be happier with the service we received. The install/service people were so friendly and knowledgeable through every step of the way.

Terrible fireplace install followed by nonexistent customer service and finished off with a rude woman working in the store. You better hope all goes well because they will not make it right.

Excellent customer service! We are so happy with our new wood stove. We bought the Lopi Endeavor and its rippin. Jim and Janelle answered every question we had about stoves. I feel like we got a full education which helped us pick the perfect stove for us. They have a unique selection of home goods and various things in addition to stoves, saunas, and spas. Highly recommend stopping in to browse their selection. They have so much on display.

Wow! It was a pleasure to meet your sons and I just wanted to let you know that they did a remarkable job installing the stove yesterday. We appreciate the care they took even with covering the floors and cleaning up when the job was done. About an hour or two after they left we had a downpour and proved just how good of a job they did. No leaks! The stove is beautiful and well placed in the living room. Thank you Salida Stove and Spa!
