        I needed a new phone in an emergency scenario and Rachel hooked me up! Would definitely shop here again. I've been to a thousand Verizon stores an this one (independently owned and operated) is by far the best.

        Went in to the store yesterday to get a new phone. Was told by the one woman working that there were 2 people in front of me and it would be a long wait, so I made an appointment for 9 am this morning. Well, whoever was supposed to be working today decided not to show up and open the store. Waited around for a while then left. Came back and tried again at 10:30 am and door was still locked and no one was there. Don't post business hours and make appointments if you can't keep them.

        It's trash companies Like this that we put up with because we have much little choice. We as people need to stand together and not participate in any company. That doesn't have real people talking to you ring ring talk to a person. Call and talk to monkeys that don't speak english. Worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life.
