        Went into Salida Big O to order new tires. I was asked what size and when I didn't know the young man, who never moved his tush off the stool, slid a piece of paper and pencil towards me without a word. Imagine a 70-year-old lady on her hands and knees in the freezing cold trying to read the tire size! After the work was done, I noticed the tire symbol was flashing on the dashboard. Went back in; they checked the pressure and had no idea what that flashing meant that I would have to take it to the dealer. Even my 15-year-old grandson knew that each tire has a sensor that when a tire is compromised it will show, and flashing when it needs to be replaced and that any tire store should be able to do that.

        Great experience! The staff was very kind and helpful and they were able to fix the leak in my tire quickly. They turned an emergency situation into a slight inconvenience-thank you!
