If you want to ever meet him or get a response to an email - good luck! If you want someone who will work harder for the DA than for you then he is your guy! He might call you twenty minutes before court time to fill you in, but not necessarily address your concerns with you. Wont remember your name or case if he calls you back Go with someone else.

Highly unprofessional to the point of being unethical. Very slow in responding to other attorneys, messages, important filings, as well as clients. Quick to shift blame from his lack of proactive responses to a novice client about devastating legal consequences. Unprepared in critical MOU negotiations and will blame his client, wanting a quick end, no matter how unfair.
