While the services rendered were excellent, the physical therapist charges well over $400 per hour for manual therapy, almost four times the national average, due to their contract with the hospital. Be exceedingly careful with knowing what you are agreeing to, and demand a written quote up front, otherwise you will end up with a bill significantly higher than what you would expect. I would never recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE! The charges for a 45 min session of PT range between $300-$400! I had some inflammation/soreness in my left shoulder and it was recommended to me by my Orthopedic Surgeon to get some Physical Therapy. 8 sessions later, the inflammation was worse. That aside, I now owe somewhere around $2,400. My PT taught me some stretches, sometimes manipulated the arm for more flexibility, and that is about it. When I'd received my EOB after the first session and it was nearly $300, I asked the office if this was normal, and she indicated that it was so high because it was the first intake session and that subsequent sessions should be less expensive. She couldn't have been more wrong. How is it that an appt with my Orthopedic Surgeon could be around $200 and PT could be nearly twice as much? Total scam.

Unfortunately, this year I got to experience the tearing of the ACL. To say I was devastated would be an understatement, but when I started physical therapy at this location really gave me hope in a full recovery. Cheryl at the front desk took time out of her day to clearly explain how my insurance works in this specific situation and how the deductible works and what my insurance will cover and what I should budget out for out of pocket cost instead of just breezing over it. This being my first time having a serious injury, I do need all the help I can get navigating the complex health insurance plans. My physical therapist, Sarah, has been absolutely amazing and continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I have a full recovery. She is allways positive and makes the PT sessions an enjoyable experience. All the staff at this location are extremely positive, uplifting and really do their best to answer all your questions. I honestly look forward to my PT appointments because all the people there are so wonderful and an absolute joy to work with!!!
