I was grateful for my care and help getting an IUD, and Pap smear. Everyone was kind and the procedures were comfortable, but frustrated later on to find out that I needed to pay for a STI test that I was unaware of and that I declined before. I plan to find a new provider.

I have loved my experience at Associates. Dr. Baker is phenomenal, and so is each staff member Ive encountered there throughout my pregnancy. Im really thankful to have this team on my side!

This is not a great place for folks of the LGBTQIA or anyone seeking advanced medical care for reproductive issues. Dr. Kruse didnt even bother to read my chart to see why I was coming in a was clear by her line of questioning. Also felt like she was unnecessarily rough during the pelvic exam. Her treatment methods are outdated for our current times. In a pinch for birth control or small issues this clinic might be great but not anything that requires actually listening to the patient or troubleshooting.

Literally the worst I came in for late term pregnancy care and they spent all of 5 minutes on my appointment. No concern for their patients is a big red flag to me especially since I had to wait over a month to even be seen!
