        I went in and asked them to just check if I needed an alignment. They said they would let me k ow before they did any work if it needed it. I waited about 10 minutes and they said sign here , I said lets look at the numbers first they told me sign first and then well go over the results so I didnt sign instead I flipped straight to the results. They told me it was mainly the air pressure causing the uneven wear. Si I said why did you do an alignment if it wasnt needed. Then they made it sound like it was super necessary. I asked them was the wear mainly as a result to the tire pressure they said yes. I took results to another shop and they said it wasnt necessary to do the alignment. I should have gone to another shop. I want a refund. Plus they never came and have me results they just supposedly did the job in about 5 minutes. Even that amount of time doesnt make sense. Im going to call their main offices.
