Had them replace the whole roof. With all the vents out of the roof they just hung inside the attic. So now I have septic smell in the attic coming thru the house. Crawled up there to see why the smell. The pipe is just hanging next to the piece that goes thru the roof. Horrible unhealthy. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honest, Fair, Competent, Friendly and Great Value. I would use Calvin Turner again no doubt about it. They did a magnificent job replacing our roof and gutters. Calvin Turner Roofing was awesome to work with and have been around forever so they are not a fly-by-night operation like so many other roofing companies. Thank you for a job will done... Georgia the point of contact at the company isnt a person to talk too. She has no communication skills claims she is over worked. Doesnt care or make you feel that your important your just someone she has to deal with. Her statement to you is I have 80 roofs to get done and your on my list. She will blame others because she doesnt want to do her part of the job. You ask to talk too someone hirer then her and she said that is her she changes the contract after you signed it and drops of material so you would have to do the job with the company even if she changes everything. Alright not a company you would want to work with because of her skills and customer service. The workers that came out to the house did a awesome job very professional. We paid cash $9500 (not insurance claim) and we saved up the money to have the roof redone. They have to keep coming back to repair leaks for our brand new flat roof installation. It leaks more now than before. The most recent call to address more leaks from their work was on 5/4/2022. Talked with someone and they said they would address the leaks again but havent heard from them since. Please beware. Overall I am very unhappy with this work. I guess I will just fix it myself. Update as of April 26, 2023 carport still leaking in the exact same places as the last 4 times they have come out to address the problem. I feel so let down and helpless and really wish I would have done my homework with this company. Update: September 10th 2023 10:37pm. Flat roof began leaking into our family room with a steady rainstorm. Leak is directly over our flat screen tv and steadily dripping. Went on the roof in the middle of the rain and set a tarp over the leaking area. Hopefully this will be addressed Monday morning and this nightmare of a roofing job will end for us. I seriously cant take any more leaks. Feeling very frustrated and angry Update:September 14th 2023 Just came down off of the roof after covering the leaking area with a tarp. Called twice to have it addressed before the next rain but no one came to fix it. I hope it doesnt cause any damage to the interior of my house, the weather report says 100% chance of steady rain all night. Not sure what to do I have never experienced anything like this before I just wanted the flat roof replaced so I didnt have to worry for a while. Service: Roof installation
